KAWASHIMA Motoe
Born in Tomioka City. Small things come together to make something big. Under the theme of "things that don't seem to be connected but are", I am influenced by the places and things I visit, and what I feel and am interested in there comes out as a form. I create drawings, paper cut-outs and three-dimensional works.
富岡市出身。「小さいものが寄り集まって大きなものをつくっていく。繋がっていないようで繋がっている」をテーマに、訪れる場所や物事に影響を受けながらそこで感じたものと興味のあるものがカタチとして出てきます。ドローイング、切り絵、立体作品を制作しています。
